Find Silverlight in the list of programs. Depending on the version, it may be called: WPF / E (codename) Community Technology Preview (Dec 2006), WPF / E (codename) Community Technology Preview (Feb 2007), or Microsoft Silverlight. Click “Uninstall”.
How to remove Silverlight under Windows XP?

How to completely remove Silverlight under Windows manually?
1. Open Notepad.
2. Copy to Notepad the following lines:

reg delete HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ TypeLib \ {283C8576-0726-4DBC-9609-3F855162009A} / f
reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ App Paths \ install.exe / f
reg delete HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ AgControl.AgControl / f
reg delete HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ AgControl.AgControl.5.1 / f
reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{89F4137D-6C26-4A84-BDB8-2E5A4BB71E00} / f
rmdir / s / q "% ProgramFiles% \ Microsoft Silverlight"
rmdir / s / q "% ProgramFiles (x86)% \ Microsoft Silverlight"
3. Click File -> Save as and enter: CleanSilverlight.cmd
4. In the Save as type field select All Files (*. *) and click Save. Note the directory you're saving the fiel to.
5. Close Notepad.
6. Right-click the CleanSilverlight.cmd file you've just created and choose Run as administrator.
7. When the uninstallation is complete, once again right-click on the file CleanSilverlight.cmd and choose Run as administrator.
